  1. Shipment for Assessment: By submitting this service repair form, you agree to ship the product to our designated facility for assessment. The cost of shipping and any associated fees shall be borne by the customer.

  2. Assessment and Quotation: Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the extent of the repair required. Following the assessment, we will provide you with a quotation detailing the cost to strip the product for inspection and a separate quotation for the repair job, including parts and labour.

  3. Approval for Repair: You acknowledge that the provided quotations are estimates based on the initial assessment and may be subject to change upon further inspection. We will await your approval before proceeding with any repair work beyond the initial assessment.

  4. Damage Report: In addition to furnishing repair quotations, we have the capability to supply a comprehensive damage report, delineating the product’s condition and any detected issues. It’s important to note that we exclusively engage with clients directly, ensuring that the engagement for this enquiry is strictly between our company and the enquiring client, without involving any third parties.

  5. Approval and Payment: Upon your approval of the repair quotations, we will commence the repair work. Payment for the repair services shall be made in accordance with our standard payment terms.

  6. Return Shipping: Once the repair work is completed, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense. We will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping process.
